Slide across the field to aim. Then wind the arc up from its start, staying between the lines — drift outside them and the shot sprays and comes up short. Let go to swing.
A club is picked for the distance, and you can change it in the row along the bottom. Longer clubs go further but spray wider, and a full swing is less accurate than an easy one. There is no yardage on the arc: judge how much of it you need.
Fairway is clean. Rough costs you distance, sand costs more. Water and out of bounds cost a stroke.
Every green tilts. The chevrons drift downhill, and the dotted line bends the way your putt will: swipe to aim until it finishes in the cup. Getting the line right still leaves the pace to you. Putts are measured in feet, everything else in yards.
